What the role of Head Bartender includes:

• Hosting training sessions for the team
• Monitoring and reporting your own incentives for the team
• Bartender and bar support succession planning
• Being the point of contact for our new starts
• Bar operations
• Being knowledgable of the products we sell, and passing on that knowledge to your team
