Lead the Future of Sales – Bar Brands Business Development Manager 

Salary: £40,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a knack for driving growth? We’re looking for a visionary Business Development Manager to lead our bar brands sales function and shape the future of our business development strategy. 

This full-time, field-based role offers the flexibility of remote working and the opportunity to make a real impact across our bar portfolio. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, mentoring a team of hub-based BDMs, and collaborating with senior leadership to align sales strategies with our wider organisational goals. 

Whether you’re a current Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Regional/Area Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or Head of Sales, if you get hospitality, thrive on building relationships, and have a proven track record of delivering results, we’d love to hear from you. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue, brand awareness, and new business 

  • Leading and mentoring the business development team to achieve shared goals 

  • Providing market insights and intelligence to inform decision-making 

  • Collaborating with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment 

  • Enhancing brand positioning and market presence through strategic initiatives 

  • Reporting on performance and progress to senior stakeholders 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience in business development or sales leadership, ideally in hospitality 

  • Strong understanding of industry trends and challenges 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain valuable relationships 

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills 

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities 

  • Creative, driven, and collaborative approach
